i ordered this to change a 1970 johnson 40hp seahorse from cable to teleflex steering so far im happy with the item but not with the missing bolts from the package. it looked like someone ripped open a corner of the plastic bag and took two bolts and the nuts that matched them. i could see a package being ripped and a bolt falling out but not two of the same with there matching nuts. lucky for me where i work im allowed to use there hardwear selection and i replaced them myself with stainless but for anyone else plan on taking i chance on needing to go to the hardwear store to replace your stolen bolts
