Rumor has it that
Julia Roberts a.k.a. the “Pretty Woman” had a nose plastic surgery in about 20
years old. Some said that it can be seen from the before and after plastic
surgery photos. Her nose seems smoother and up-turned (if you had ones, pay
close attention to the tip and bridge of her nose). Experts said that there was
a probability of her having a specific surgical procedure of lifting the tip
and the filing down the edges of the nose bridge.
Well, many people
miss the old Julia Roberts. Many people miss her movies, her behaviors on
screen, her everything. There’s two upcoming movies starring her (“The Normal
Heart” and “August: Osage County”), actually, so fans need to wait at least
until the end of this year (or maybe next year) to see her again on big screen.
In an interview called “IT’S ALL ABOUT JULIA!” with the InStyle Magazine, Julia
Roberts talked much about her beauty tips and—finally—her plastic surgery.
People had been curious about her statement (“I brush my teeth with baking
soda”), but more people were interested in whether she really had a plastic
surgery before, or not.
And, she denied.
She turned the conversation into the beauty tips she received from her
grandfather. That is, the way she brushes her teeth with baking soda. She loves
big smile, for the record. “[My grandfather] would put a big heaping mound of
it on his toothbrush,” she confessed.
Julia Roberts is a
busy mom, that’s why she admitted that she always took simple preparation of
her makeup before going out. “Something has to fall away,” she said, regarding
to her kids. About primp, Julia tells the interviewer about how she adopt a tip
from her former makeup artist Kevyn Aucoin. He also named LancĂ´me’s Hypnose as
her favorite mascara, with a reason, “It will make you look like you have a
good nap.”
How about celebrity
plastic surgery? Did Julia ever bother having Botox?
She didn’t directly
answer to these questions, but she indicated that she wasn’t interested to
these procedures, although she was kind of nodding if they suit her. “I’m pro
whatever works for you,” she commented on such procedures, following her
statement that she chose clinging to her genes and hugs and kisses from her
husband.”
Wait a second.
Let’s analyze her statement more deeply. Wasn’t it interesting? I mean, look on
how she did not go too judgmental about such procedures, different from any
other celebrities who put a big NO sign on their head about celebrity plastic
surgery. It’s gladful, actually. On about her opting for her “good genes”,
well, it told a lot. She’s naturally beautiful, and in this case, celebrity
plastic surgery may not be that necessary for her.
